Where do I pick up my order?

The pickup address for your order will appear with your Order Confirmation. Pickup is at my home based business in Virginia Beach next to Kellam High School.

How long does it take for my order to be ready for pick-up?

Once your order is placed and confirmed, the turn-around time is usually four days. For larger, specialty and custom orders, your pickup time may be longer.

Do your macarons contain allergens?

Yes, our macarons contains allergens including nuts, eggs, and dairy.

Is shipping available?

Shipping is not available for our products. We offer local pick up in Virginia Beach, Virginia only.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes, we offer a limited number of custom orders. Custom orders are defined as orders not already available through our website for purchase. To inquire about a custom order, you can reach us on our Contact Us page.

Does Made with Love by Es have a brick and mortar shop?

We do not have a brick and mortar shop, but you can always find us at local farmer's markets and events. Follow our social media to stay updated!
